I have to go back to school soon so I need to go to sleep earlier

I normaly stay up late and stuff so I got used to going to sleep at like 5am and then sleeping till 5pm or 4pm so well that wouldnt work for school so I need to like go to sleep at 11:00 atleast is there any easy way to get to going back to sleep at like 11:00 instead of just trying to go to sleep when im not sleepy and just laying there till I finally fall asleep because my parents keep telling me to go to sleep earlier now when theres 2weeks before school I dont want to go to sleep at 11:00 or earlier when its still summer please help because I was trying to go to sleep but that didnt work and now I go to sleep at like 6am or 7am so that didnt work so please help me get to sleep earlier I wouldent mind going to school when I havent slept but I have to go to sleep earlier

You could try tiring activites like exercise, going out, etc. Every day or even just being outside the sun saps your energy and will make you tired(actually it’s more so the heat that’ll do it).

Or if you can pull it off, pull an all nighter, don’t sleep for a day. You will be so sleepy by the time it’s time for you to sleep you will HAVE to. this can be done even a day or two before school simply to reset your internal clock.

I would know I’ve had/and have this same problem.
