I go to bed at 10pm get up at 9am eat & sleep again till 11pm Why

I can go to bed any time and sleep for hours (6-12) get up and eat and then in the next hour or 2 be sleepy again and go back to bed and sleep another 6-12 hours and do it again the next day. With all this sleep, even if I wake say at 12 pm or 1 am as example, I can go ut to watch tv and fall asleep again, so I just go back to bed and sleep. What is wrong with me?

Everyone can adjust to odd sleep schedules. If you want to regulate it, find out what time you want to go to sleep. Stay up for 48 hours prior to it, don’t sleep before. By the time it rolls around, you’ll be so tired, you’ll just knock out and you’ll get tired around that time from now on.

go to sleep earlier. your body is probably programmed to tell you when you need to have breakfast, so you wake up for that. Then you haven’t had enough sleep so you go back to sleep.

As the person before said, get active. The more you sleep, the more your body offer to sleep. Also, in very rare cases you could have amnesia, which is a blood problem that makes you tired a lot. I think that if this problem persists, go to the docs for a blood test. (But please dont let that worry you, it is rare). X X
