sleep pattern.

I hafta start school again in 9 days and my sleeping isnt very good. I go to bed at 9 but wont be able to actually falll asleep til 11. and I need to wake up at 6.30 not 8.30. how can I get my sleeping pattern back to what I want it.

you should start a bedtime for when you go back to school.. like a week or two before school.. and practice getting up at 6 in the morning
