What kind of stretches should I do to get limber enough to do the splits, lean over far enough to touch my face to my legs when I touch my toes, and lift my leg over my head straight?
You should stretch everyday , touch your toes and stuff like that keep it simple at first .. Try yoga it’s basicly stretching and balancing . It’s great for your whole body
