Who knows any good stretching or how to begin doing the splits?

I would like to be ablee to do my left and right splits im also working on my fanning kicks and the two other normal kicks so help?! :) lol please! ::))

I can do my splits both ways and how I did it was go down as far as you can and then hold it there for at least 35 seconds everyday and you should be able to do your splits in a month or two and this will help with your kicks too (:

stretching. I do stradle rolls. thats when you spread your legs as far as they can go and without movin your feet you roll forward. or you can just bring your legs back. its gonna hurt the first couple of times you do it.

well, I know that im not at all flexible and lately I’ve been strecthing any stretches I know, and what helps is, strecth until you cant go further, stay in that position until the burning minimises, then go even further and let the burning in the muscles die down. hope I helped

I have my right and left splits, and the only thing I can recommend to you is stretch everyday in the morning, middle of the day, and night for 15 minutes. You’ll get them in about 3 weeks.

I was actually gonna ask the same thing! Great advice from everyone. I will def. take lovehim’s advise. Blueberr- you really seem knowlegable. Just out of curiousity- are you some type of trainer?
