How to speed up weightlose ?
I am trying to lose weight and for a few months I was losing 2-3 pounds a week but now I am finding I am only losing like a pound a week :( I even tried cutting down even more food by missing an evening snack but it didnt help has anyone got any tips on how I can go back to losing at least 2 pounds a week. please help thanks

you need to step it up a knotch on the workout, once your workout gets east for you, you need to brin git up a level, and so on..eat more veggies and fruit..:P
wow your lucky im eating really healthy and over exercising and im not loosing anything at least your loosing 2-3 pounds
you’re stagnating it’ds normal. try eating more if you cut calories. sounds crazy but it works and also if you work out you may need to change your workout. Ypure experiencing the classic “ plateau effect.”
