Dos anyone know ways to speed up your metabolism ???

The more muscle you have the more efficient your body is at burning off the food you eat, even at rest. Do weight training at least 3 times per week. Instead of eating 3 large meals a day, eat 6 small ones to keep your metabolism steady. Also try to eat spicy food as this can help.

Having a large breakfast in the morning will kick start your metabolism, then during the day, have small portions of food eg: maybe once very 3 hours have a healthy snack so your tummy is always active :)
