That’s a lot of weight to lose, even the people on “the biggest loser” can only lose about 2 pounds a day or so, and they’re working on it all day…however, if you do a ton of exercise, and dramatically modify your diet to eat only healthy stuff, all in balanced portions, you might be able to lose 10 pounds in 5 days.
i dont see how this is possible unless you have a super-human metabolism and can work yourself all day without being fatigued and not be able to build up lactic acid, then its could be possible. otherwise its not possible. to be honest the only way i see that happening is through surgery.
if your looking for a fast way to lose weight all i have to say is buy a mens health magazine that include a lot of workouts that are designed to burn fat and do those workouts at a fast pace instead of a slow pace. give little time to rest in between workouts (30 seconds) and if your workout consists of a gross time of 30-40 minutes then that is good. any less wont be effective enough to strip away fat at the time you probably would prefer.
if you have any questions then do some research, dont want to sound rude but sometimes the best way is to find it yourself, only you know your body and no one else does.

Eat nothing but celery for the first three days, then eat lean protein (no more than 500 calories worth) on day four and five. For all five days do an hour of cardio and drink senna tea before bed. In addition, drink tons of water. Don’t wait until thirst hits you before you drink. I went from 250 lbs to 230 lbs in five days. Good luck!
