no weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS

You can make an impact with exercise and diet…perhaps you can lose 5-20 pounds in that time frame, if you work hard, eat right & do a lot of cardio…but, it really depends on your “starting point”…and, the upper bound of weight loss wouldn’t be advisable without first making sure with a doctor it’s healthy to lose that much.
