how to get a flat/toned belly?

heyy, I was just wonderin how I can I get a flat/toned belly like would 100 situps a night work or summit like that? lol, I’m not like chubby or ewt I just want to be a bit more toned, thankss x

I tried that plus running 5 miles a day does not do much...eat many fruits and veggies and dont snack have 6 mini meals in your day, this keeps you from getting hungry and is good for you. Go on a diet or grab pills if you are old enough. Exercise as much as possible and soon you will find a diffrece in your weight.
