Fastest way to get a flat belly?

what is the fastest healthier way to get my belly flat? now I’m jogging 2-3 miles a day, 6 days a week. when I started running my weight was around 190 lbs. height is 5’8”. my goal is to have flat belly and bring my weight down to 160-170. thanks

there is no fast way to lose weight but make sure you are eating well and doing crunches and sit-ups and things like that good luck
