Do planks really help you get a toned, flat stomach?

Like if I do them everyday or so, also if i do cardio and eat pretty clean?

Any movement that requires the continued use of core body strength can result in muscle tone.

Yes, they will work. After a while you will feel the burn.

I’m not convinced planks are necessarily the best ab exercise but they are certainly a good one. 90% of having a “flat toned” stomach is being lean enough to see the abdominal muscles in the first place.
