How is hoola-hooping good for your work out?

I’ve heard a lot of people say that hoola hooping is good for working out, but what does it do? How could it be really affective? It’s not hard to do and you aren’t even moving much.

yep :) you said it deep beauty… you have to tighten your abs to do it thats why just remember to rotate both ways to make it even on your muscles

Actually it is hard to do and yes you are moving. what it basically does is give you shape in the waist area.. it helps you loose weight but like also your muffin tops (stretching side to side helps them to be tighter too btw) but also curve your waists in.. pluss it keeps your heart active and is a cardio fitness move. you kn ow? so its good to do 15 or min daily…without dropppin ofcourse, thats the hard part… :)
