How can I gain muscle?

I’ve been working out for about 3weeks , doing dumbbells of 10lbs, and barbells as well. can anyone give any tips ? or anything I should be doing ? thank you. and im a male

Im 14 5’5 and 120lbs and I want 2 gain muscle how do I do that?

Well you need good nutrition eat 5-6 smaller meals a day eat a lot of protein. Okay so if you want to get bigger you need to get a weight that you only could do 5 reps with once you can do 10 reps get a heavier one. Toning muscles are different is the opposite lighter weight more than 10 reps. Never overtrain your muscles that’s gonna make you weaker rest is how you gain muscles.

lol damn lightweight… I think your too light to lift even moderately heavy, I say eat eat eat untill your like 150lbs…

120lbs shiiit I could curl you for reps

I no this sounds stupid but the wii fit is pretty good, ma mate has got it and has been going on that everyday day for a about an hour and a half for that past 3 or 4 months and he is starting to get some very nice muscles on his arms and thighs. But while your doin that member to eat healthy. hope that helps a bit x
