hey sweetheart you gotta stop thinking you’re fat clearly you are big boned and if that’s the case, you aint just gonna lose it through diet or whatever by the sounds of it, you’re quite muscular too… and it makes you feel large I use to feel this way do you know what, lots of excersise is actually NOT the solution I use to be a fitness GURU and wasnt gettin any smaller what I found was that all my sport not only made me eat more, but all that food was building me up, sorta like a body builder :P lol then I started to focus on my food dont get to obsessed with food because it doesnt always lead to pretty things and never use the term ‘diet’ try ‘healthy eating pan’ you will feel much better about tourself and it will seem easier take it easy with muscle workout and focus more on cardio… remember that veges are a source of carbohydrate so do fun things with veges so you wanna eat em all the time, and they will help fuel you BUT you need a staple food other than veges so maybe eat more rice than bread and pasta and always opt for brown eat cereal with lots of fibre, it helps transport fat outta the body (the best is All Bran which is nice warm with a bit of skim milk and splenda) drink heaps of water it helps flush out toxins, fat, and water weight eat protein and fruit as snacks rather than biscuits and chips etc (all this is heaps good for your skin too btw) omega 3 fatty acids (found in fish, flaxseeds and a few other bits and bobs) is an essential part of the diet and good for weightloss, people dont realise this sooo anyways im a nutrition nut obviosly but I really hope I helped :) stay positive babe… I think you’re beautiful

Squats can have many effects. Any exercise you do can have a muscle mass effect or a toning effect. It all depends on how many reps and weight you do. For instance, I can squat 150lb., but I only do 4-8 reps because I’m looking to build muscle mass, not tone myself.

In short, you can still exercise like crazy, just use smaller weight and do about 15-20 reps for 5-10 sets. Sounds like a lot, but it’s not when you lift 5-10lb. weights.

I think squats help tone up your legs and thighs. sit ups are really good for your stomach. and just eat healthy. running helps a lot, too :3
