How do I tone up My lower body fast ?

I am going on Vaction in april I need to tone up fast, I have bad needs so running is out are there any sit down excersises I can do to get my leggs Butt and love handles Tight again in a short period of time?

try cycling if you have bad knees. Swimming also helps for a general tone.

Then you can always try yoga/pilates or any of those to get toned quite quick.
