How can I lose lower tummy fat fast! im only young and I dont want to be doing the whole diet thing, I just want to get rid of this flab on my lower stomach! help me! please tell me some good excersizes becoz swimming is coming up and I dont want to be ashamed of my body. thanks.

try to focus on that area with things like situps etc, but this is a bit of a theory I have and it might be bad advice. Don’t eat loads and eat healthily, and hopefully your body will take the energy from the fat rather than the muscle. I dont know what I said lolage.

One fact is that you can’t lose fat in target zones no matter how much you exercise the area, at most you’re toning up the muscles underneath the fat. When you lose fat it’s an overall process through lots of cardio and proper healthy eating. The next fact is that the lower tummy area is one of the last places that fat is going to go away from. So from these facts, we learn that you can’t quickly lose fat in that area, but if you start a lot of cardio and start eating healthy, you’re on your way of losing that puppy fat. Swimming is actually the best all-round cardio exercise. Don’t feel ashamed about your body, because the more you swim and the better you get at it, you’ll have a nice toned body in no time!
