How do I tone my body for good?

I want to quickly tone my body and keep it that way. Is it possible?

Not really! If you gave yourself at least 2months toning up you’d get good results, But once your toned you cant just stop its gota be a lifestyle thing

Plan it all out what days and what exercises, start lighty like 3-4 days a week for like 2 weeks then work up

Also running is a great way to tone up!
