How do I stop this stupid dream/real thing?

Okay, so, the other night I had a really weird dream, which kinda had things in it that were happening in real life;

I dreamed that I was sat up in bed, rubbing my boobs, because they were aching and in pain…

[I’ve been having pains in my chest, most likely because I need a bigger bra, and the pain usually happens around bed-time when I take my bra off.]

and then suddenly, like, my boobs started oozing out a thick creamy substance from the nipple, the liquid’s consistency and colour was like that of the white stuff [puss?] that comes out of spots. The stuff then, changed to a more white/transparent colour, to a creamy red, obviously blood mixed with the stuff… and my chest was really hurting in the dream, every time I went to wipe the stuff away, more and more kept coming out… then I finally woke up.

[Recently, me and my other half have been talking about lactation, and how hot he finds it, and stuff… so that probably caused the lactation side of it, but obviously not the blood, and pain and stuff]

Ever since that dream, I’ve been really scared of touching my boobs, I know it sounds stupid, but like, it’s really scary, like, I got a shower earlier, and when I took my bra off, my chest started hurting, and I started crying because I was scared it was going to happen… Before this stupid dream, I used to be fine with [and quite enjoyed] being able to handle and touch my chest.

What can I do to get over this? I know it’s really stupid, but it bothers me to the point that I’m nearly crying…
