How do I get ripped quick

How do I get ripped quicker, I already have work outs but there is no gym and I am confused bowt food that I shud eat. Do I need to loose weight first before getting ripped or will the muscle replace the fat as I gain it?

You need fat to build muscle, so don’t try to lose the fat first. Basically, carefully watch what you eat, making sure you get plenty of protein but not much fat or refined sugars in your diet.

Foods to eat: chicken, lean beef, fish, boiled or poached eggs, fresh fruits, green yellow and orange veggies.

Foods to avoid: All processed foods, chips, fries, cookies, cake, sweetened drinks of any kind or any other deserts or fried foods, rice, pasta, bread, potatoes - all the junk you probably already know you shouldn’t be eating. Whole grain rice and bread are ok in limited quanities.

To get ripped quick, you’re going to have to push weights about 6 hours a day (but not in a 6 hour single sitting). If you do work out this much, then go ahead and eat as much whole grain carbs as you want, along with lots of protein.
