how do I lose weight quickly, im 14 and this past week I realised while I was drumming, I got tired quicker :( also when I was trying to play football I realised that I was gettin a lil big and I really need to lose some weight. I want back my fitness. I have determination but I dunno wot to do?HELP..

The two most important things are eating healthy and staying active. Getting involved with sports, swimming, dancing will also help get your body going.
