How do I get toned quickly (girl)?

Heey there, I’m a 15 year old girl, I’m about 5”8 and I weight like, 113-120pounds. I’m thin, but on my arms and stomach I have “flab” Gross. I’d like to get toned, and fast, bikini seasons coming up!

Alsoo, my breasts, buttocks, and thighs have some stretch marks and suchh, So any advice on how to get rid of that, or at least have it less noticeable? Thaankss

ridding of stretch marks is hard you need to moisturize your body a lot to get rid of them to tone your body quick you should look into Cardio workouts Or dancing works as well Jogging sprinting a bit of weightlifting or a fun alternative soccer!

ok well try to stay away from sugar and carbs those cause your belly not to be flat. also work out a lot and when you exercise do cardio first and then tone on machines
