30 Day Shred workout

I want to know if is right that I only had lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks of dong this workout, also I am walking and running for the same time, I think I am doing a lot of effort and I don’t get results, please help…

that sounds like a very reasonable amount of weight lose, if you want to really excel your weight loss,cut out certain foods or drinks, such as soda altogether it really does work quite well. But if you lose a lot of weight in a short period of time, the chances of you gaining it back will increase greatly, so just keep on track, and take it slow, it will payoff in the end
