How do I do a backflip on the trampoline?

Me and my sisters can do front flips and side flips but we’re are very frustrated because we can’t do backflips. Can someone please tell us what you have to do to do one?

ok first you have to jump at a very hight point, then you have to push your legs up in to the air and your head down to the floor, until your legs get to the floor again. the secret on this is to kill the fear, because, even if you know how to do it, the fear dont let you do it. just remember that if you really think that you can do it, you wold do it.

Not to get all preachy with you, but that’s not something I’d reccommend anybody doing. You may think that because it’s a soft surface, injury is next to impossible, but think again. Even if you land the wrong way or give your neck a slight twist, you can wind up paralyze for life. I once read a story about this girl who dove off this dock and hit her head so lightly on the soft, muddy lakefloor that she couldn’t even feel it, but now she’s in a wheel chair and paralyzed from the neck down. It would be so easy to hurt yourself doing a backflip. A front flip would be a little safer, but I’d still reccommend sticking to jumping.Peace up!

ok first, you get at the very edge of the trampoline and jump high and lean back and lock your legs.

                                   note: you need to practice doing back bends first.

Ok well first, Yu just’ needa warm up, by doing backbends or falling back on yur back and popping back up. Then once yu feel comfortable, Yu will jump high enough to flip, then tilt yur head up like yur looking for the trampoline in the sky, andd bring yur legs up to yur chest then once yu flipped yu will land itt. Once yu tilt yur head up and bring yur legs to yur chest, yu pretty much flip on yur own. Its really eeasy!

u dont even need much height. u jump up, lean back, bring your legs to your chest and tuck and there u go

You bounce really really high then u throw ur legs as hard as u can over ur head and land it thats what i do and it works
