What are good ways for weight loss on the thighs?

I have really fat thighs, but since I do trampolining and have been doing taekwondo for the last 10 weeks, my mum sez its all muscle. I don’t think it is tho. I wanna know if the sport ill be doin after easter will be enough to lose weight - ill be carryin on with trampolining and starting rounders (the english version of baseball) but rounders season only comes every summer :’( anyway,I need to know if this sport is enough to help me lose weight on my thighs and if not, do you have any other suggestions? thanks in advance! :)

Hey if you want to lose weight on your thighs jog everyday or 3 days a week for at least 2.5 miles with some thick sweat pants the more you sweat the more you burn and jump rope both of these will help you lose weight and strenghting up you legs and body. You should start seeing improvement after about 3 weeks try it out for 8 weeks you will feel a difference. I hope I was able to help.
