How can I lose atleast 4 or 5 pounds a month ?

I’m going to highschool this year and I want to be fit . I also want to be able to look hot in a bikini . I have about four months until highschool and I want to lose around 20 pounds I thats possible . I have tried every diet there is , so please help !

My advice would be try to eat a healthy diet, like cutting owt the sweets, chocolate and crisps, and eat low calorie foods aswell. Also try doing regualr exercise just to keep your body moving and healthy, hope I helped x

its what you eat! dont eat 3 big meals a day eat like 4 or 5 LITTLE snacks a day and a chocolate bar does NOT count as a snack! you dont have to do hardcore exercise just take a walk around your neighborhood like 3 times a week! im a sophomore in high school and in 8th grade I weighed 115lbs. but last summer I weighed 154. now im like 126 and I never exercised I just ate less and stayed busy so I wouldnt eat cause I was bored!!

just get a nintendo wii and the wii fit board and get the wii fit game
