Can I lose 35 pounds this way?

can i lose 35 pounds if i run ten miles every mornin and eat nothin but greens and fruits in 3months? plz answer!

That doesnt sound too healthy.

Try to just skip the sweets, and join a sport’s team. Or you can buy DDR- it’s a lot of fun, and you can burn a lot of calories with it.

And I recomend eating Oatmeal- it’s really filling, and it’s only 280 calories a cup. It would make a great breakfast!

You could lose any amount of weight you wanted to. You could also lose a lot more. Extreme excericise and dieting can be devestating to your health. There ARE healthy ways to loose weight. Go see a doctor or nutritionist and they can help you, or there are many online references to help you eat right to loose weight in a healthy way. The most anyone should loose in a month is 8 pounds, and that is if they are about 80 pounds or more overweight. Please be careful and stay healthy!
