How can I snack healthier?
Im snacking a lot im 13 and I am 91 lbs the problem is I keep eating Snacks in between meals I usually have a chocolate bar or a packet of crisps or stuff which isnt any good for me and is really fatty. I think to myself to eat some strawberries or any kind of fruit or just drink some water and I might fill myself up, but it dosent seem to work I just go back to the chocolate and crisps. What Should I do ???
Fresh fruit & veg.
But you ALSO need the will-power to avoid the junkfood. Keep in mind, chocolate IS good for you… in moderation…
