healthy snack =D

im trying to be super healthy but im not sure what to eat besides.. salads..? I don’t know I just need more ideas lol

dehydrated apples, protien bars [try zone bars], light popcorn-snack size, fruit and veggies, protein shakes, canned peaches, apple sause, string cheese, chicken [not from kfc, haha].

you can eat fruit… and cereal. beans, soups… look up vegetarian and vegan recipes and if you like meat, add some grilled chicken. don’t eat a whole lot of fried foods… salads can also be unhealthy if you use too much dressings. I’m also trying to eat healthier. it’s hard at first until you look up recipes and get new ideas. If you cook your food from scratch you can put in only fresh ingredients and control what goes into your body. Make chicken noodle soup with real chicken, and make your own noodles (just flour and eggs and chicken) which is much better than flour eggs high fructose corn syrup preservatives out the butt, and chicken parts that no one in their right mind would eat. You can eat burgers if you use a george forman grill (lets the fat drip away).. it’s just a matter of knowing what goes in. Look at the ingredients. take white bread for instance… there is bleach in it… would you normally eat bleach? I didn’t think so. get foods where you can pronounce the ingredients and try to come up with creative ways to use them. you might make some gross stuff sometimes, but it’s trial and error. There is really a lot more out there than salads.
