Q about snacks?

I never know what to do for a snack I always eat to much sugar I like apples but im afraid ill eat to much what should I do

if you like oatmeal you could put some fiber into your oatmeal which fiber is in it but more wouldnt hurt than after you could eat an apple. :) or you could buy some flavored water and just drink that all day long 0 cal. and yea. and you could over eat on apples you could always workout and sweat to take of the food you over ate. :)

Apples, oranges, carrots (I like the peeled baby ones best), granola bars, jelly beans (Jelly Bellys are 4 cal. apiece and good enough to eat 1 by 1 - get mixture and try to identify each one without looking), sweet potato slices (good raw).
