How can I lose 20 pounds?
I want to lose weight in my legs , arms , and belly ? what are some good tips to help me ?
eat big breakfasts, regular lunchs, and small suppers. and eat lots of protein, cut down on the wheats leg raisers work the abbs and thighs, then for the butt you can stand up and hang out to a chair or something and raise your leg back horizontal with your hip. another butt one is walking across the floor on your butt, sounds weird I know but it works. abbs you can do crunchs/ sit ups, and then trunk twisters, thats where you stand up and turn just your torso around and do that about ten times.
arms, you can use can foods as weights, and do curls with your arms put it behind your head and in a triangular motion and raise them up an then drop them back down. With out weights at first you can just straighten your arms out horizontal and then make circles with them, you can do a range of sizes depending on what you are comfortable with and what you think pulls the best.
things that work the hole body getting into a push up position but use your lower arms instead of hands, and hold for thirty seconds, then increase in time as you get better. second plank is putting all your weight on one hand and foot and raising the other hand straight up in the air will form an isosolies triangle between you and the floor.
then sports I recommend lap swimming to anyone its the best work out you can do :D
20 pounds isn’t too much! good luck and you will gain a lot of muscle with the things I listed :D
