So there’s about 2 weeks of february how much weight do you think I could lose? so far I’ve lost 3 pounds this is my diet breakfast: 1 banana/strawberry whey shake lunch: cereal (all bran) with peanut butter and soy milk supper: something under 400 calories

exercise: cardio 45 minutes a day 15 minutes belly dancing a day toning exercises 7 days a week
