How can I lose 20lbs by November?
20 pound by November . I’ve kept eating the normal food I use to eat but now I eat only 2 times a day. I’ve been eating no more than 1400 calories a day. ( I’m 16. Male)and sometimes I eat only once a day but like a large amount. I even started working out again like 3 to 4 times a week 4 45 min.

The diet info in the answer to this question may be very beneficial to you. Contrary to popluar belief starving yourself (by not eating enough or as frequently as your body needs) will make you gain weight. When you binge eat (which is what your doing by only eating one really big meal) or starve yourself your body goes into defense mode because its not getting the sustanance it needs. Basically it panics and holds onto anything and everything you put into your mouth because it doesnt know when its going to get its next meal.
A healthy diet and regular exercise will be more beneficial.
