I want to lose like 30 pounds by november, what can I do to lose that weight fast?

A healthy diet!

Consume small portions possibly 4-6 meals per day, drink at least two litres of water each day, exercise 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week. Vary the exercises you decide to try out for example the best exercise you can do are skipping, jogging, cycling and swimming. when you do your exercise change the speed and resistance constantly this enables you to burn calories faster.

Have regular consumption of green tea, herbal tea, cranberry juice and ice-cold water, these are all good for your metabolism and give you the benefit of speeding it up as well, as well as releasing toxins from the body.

This is the hardest…, hold your breath…reduce your sugar and fat intake, yes that means CHOCOLATE, FRIES and other junk food etc!

If you can stick to this you will gain results effectively, oh and it might take your body upto 2-3 weeks to get used to the new diet so you might not attain results staright away.
