Losing 20lbs in a couple of months?

I want to lose 23 pounds in two and a half months. possible? if so, could anybody give me nutrition advice and some excersise ideas!??

Eat lots of veggies. Eat 6x a day making breakfast your biggest meal. Do not eat more just more often.

Buy a muscle magazine for ideas because it’s too hard to explain over the internet. Muscle magazines will give you routines and nutritional facts.

srry but maybe if you ate a little bit of vegan or vegeatrian meals then you would lose al ittle weight, it’s possible, just don’t “DIET” just readgust your normal diet
