How to lose 20lbs in a month

Ok this is how it is. I am only 19 years old and I recently just had my baby. Before I got pregnent I was atleast 140-150lbs. Now I am 200-220 for the most. I have been having problems losing weight and every diet I tried have fail. Now I suggested to myself that da only way to lose weight is to bet on it($100.00). I have bet that in six months I will be back down to a 140lbs., but dont know how to do it. So we have saet a monthly goal and every goal that I fail I will gave to give up$75-100.00) each times. My first goal is to lose 20lbs., in a month. So by aug.,24 I will have to been lose up to 20 lbs. Soplease if anyone have any suggestions on how to lose 20lbs., in amonth please let me because we are in a reccessionand ineed that lil money bsides iwant my body back.. So ppllleeease elp me!

It’s impossible to lose 20 pounds in a month…in a healthy way, anyway. An ideal goal would be about 10 pounds per month. If you want to lose about 70 pounds, I would set your goal for 7-8 months. I’ve said this before, but diets never work. You have to change your LIFESTYLE. Eat better, drink plenty of water and exercise about 4 days a week. Don’t overdo it and be patient. You’ll reach your goal if you stick with it. Good luck and congratulations on your baby!
