How can I hold off from binging until Wednesday?

I binge a lot, but I’m seeing a nutritionist on Wednesday. I feel bad every day, and I cant take it anymore!

How can I hold off on the Binging until then? I might not stop binging on the first time, either, so I really need an idea!

I know it’s really hard when you are used to binging. But the only thing I can think of is, telling someone about it. Just one person who completely trust, and tell them to keep in eye on you until you go see your nutritionist. Eat healthy until wednesday and dont eat heavy so that your want to binge isnt so intense.

yo dude..I know how you feel, eating is awesome and we need it to survive, but there’s only so mucha person can take, right? well, although you probably should’ve asked for help a lot sooner, for now, other then when it’s a normal meal time, chew gum (mostly the need to binge can be fullfilled by just movement of the jaw) and drink a lot of water, always keep a water bottle near by. it may also help if you keep your slef active, not neccasarily moving since that’s not always possible, but just doing something, even if it’s just sitting on the computer listening to music or talking on the phone.
