What's the best way to stop binging on food I don't want?

Like il be really good for a few days and then the next days i just binge eat so much chocolate and cant stop. How can i stop doing this?

have some will power I guess. You just have to fight it or have somebody to stop you from eating it :)

I just hope you over come this problem before you are old enough to taste alcohol….Self control is what you need….Stay away from dr-ugs too…..and credit cards,you need self control with them,there is a whole lot of being responsible for your actions with dem.

Binging becomes a cycle. Someone goes on a strict diet that is so spartan and unsatisfying that after a while of gutting through it they break down and have a big binge. After the binge they get mad at themselves and commit to an even more unreasonable diet guarantying that they will will soon fall off the wagon and binge again. You should step back and decide on what is a diet that will be healthful but not so spare that you won’t be able to stay on it. Get out of the all-or-nothing mindset where you have to be perfect and when you aren’t you fall apart and gorge.

What? I used to binge eat quite frequently and I’m not…okay well I’m not a good example but binge eating doesn’t NOT equal impulsivity. Sometimes it does, but one doesn’t equal the other. If you’ve never been in a binge eaters position then you can’t understand. Self control is almost impossible, especially once you start. It doesn’t spill over into other things.
