How can I get my childrens fathers' parental rights taken away?

My kids’ dad is in jail on megans law charges. How can I get his parental rights terminated?

Perty easy just tell the judges that when you fight for that/.

But also do you really want your kids to not now who their dad is I mean kids suffer because of that it seems like they dont but really inside they are just struguling.

in all honesty I dont think you can… in the uk if the fathers name is on teh birth certificate its there for all time.. unknow by myself what the laws are in the state you live in teh usa..

ok I’ve just had a quick look and it seems it might be possible to have them terminated… ill carry on looking and se if I cant find how its done..

edit:… ok it looks like you need a PFA order (protection from abuse order) and you need legal help to get it, so youll have to get a solicitor/lawyer..

Go to court and prove to the judge your kids will not be safe around him, with him being a sex offender no judge in their right mind will let him have acces to children… Xo:)

Consult the courts or a lawyer. With Megan Law charges I see no issue and should be pretty straight forward.
