How can I get my ex husband's parental rights stricken?

My ex is a horrible father. He always has been. He has never even wanted my daughter! I have tried to get him to give up his rights to her but he refuses to bc he has a hope in his head that me and are gonna get back together. But I want him out of our lives. He is very negletful to her. I dont want her subjected to that anymore. Does anybody know how I can get his rights taken away?

You have to get a lawyer and also have good reasons why he cannot be a good father to your daoughter.

Take him to court and from there things will be decided.

You need to go to court and prove that he’s an unfit father. Only the judge can revoke his parental rights.

My ex lost his simply because he didn’t visit enough…if your ex is neglectful, then there’s a good chance the judge will rule in favour of you.
