Answer #1

Yes you can, the best thing to do is talk to a lawyer and take this to court, get proff of what he is doing and everything so your case can get more sopport.

Answer #2

Consult a lawyer about having full custody because of him being abusive and unfit as a parent and how he could be possibly physically and mentally dangerous as a parent. It’s very possible and I would recommend doing it. However, you will have to split up with him if you haven’t yet and never get back together.

Answer #3

u should ask talk to a lawyer who deals with family law and tell them your situation, and ask about getting your boyfriend some help, or talk to the doctor who diagnoise your boyfriend illness.

Answer #4

I think you can because he seems like an unfit parent and if you do take them away and he brings you to court show the jury how he is dangerous mentally abusive and unfit
