Higher Kicks!

How do I make my botma (sp?) kicks higher? My leaps are iffy and I need to work getting my legs higher in the air - while being straight! This is a ballet question, so please don’t tell me silly things like kicking a bean bag! lol

well. I do cheerleading. so I can relate to the getting kicks higher.. what you do. in sit in spits for a long time.. and then do your spits on something elevated.. and keep raising the elevation everyday. ORRR you could lay on your back.. have somebody push the leg your not kicking down 2 the floor and have somebody else take your kicking leg and push it down to the side of your face.. it works really well.. it got my kicks like 40853408539 times higher.
