How can I lose 40lbs by Christmas?

can any1 tell me how to loose 40 pound by cristmas plz help im goin insane about the way i look

dont hurt yourself first of all, and then u gotta get on a GOOD diet. also, excerise alot without exhausting yourself too musch. get a personal trainer if you need to.

ok i lose 5 pouns in a week by doing this ok go on this diet what u do is every day put to eggs and so fruit in a blander for breafest then for lunch drink a v8 then eat a power bar then for dinner drint 1 egg 3 fruits then 5 vegatbles put them in a blander then drink it like 5 weeks ago i was 250 pouns now im 167 so it works and u get very thing u need just try it

There is no way you can lose 40lbs by Christmas… that is about 2 and a half stone. And Christmas is only a few weeks away. It is possible but only by someone who has a strict regime and plan. You should not put yourself down about what you look like. No one is perfect and everyone is their own. Just think of it this way, if you did manage to lose 2 stone, you would only pile it back on with the chocolates and Christmas dinner! Wait till January.. New year, new start.

However you can start eating healthily now and not snack. Exercise some days, others relax. But do not over do it. You will slowly start to see inches losing and pounds dropping but it takes time and effort. When the new year starts you can get yourself into a routine and have a target. Perhaps by Christmas 2008 you may lose around 3 stone! Bonus!

thats an example of a strict diet.. which may i add can damage your body. Every body needs protein and different kinds of vitamins and the tablets won’t substitute for them, they need to come from the foods

You can lose, in a healthy way, up to a pound a day. So, it’s possible to lose it by Christmas…however, that would require that you not only be obese, but also incredibly motivated.

So, if you are that much over weight, hop on a treadmill, eliptical, etc, and go to town. Change your diet, and consult a doctor to make sure you’re not endangering yourself.
