Heel Spur Discomfort

I have a heel spur and don’t want to go to a doctor for cortisone injection or surgery. Anyone have advise for some help with the pain and discomfort?

To get rid of the discomfort try stretching exercises, losing weight, wearing shoes that have a cushioned heel that absorbs shock, and elevating the heel with the use of a heel cradle, heel cup, or orthotic. Heel cradles and heel cups provide extra comfort and cushion to the heel, and reduce the amount of shock and shear forces experienced from everyday activities.

Particularly Viscospot is a company that makes heel cushions that are proven 95% effective for alleviating heel pain. The cushion is worn in the shoe and has a special blue cushion located in the middle for extra comfort on the heel. For more information visit http://www.painreliever.com/viscospot.html
