How do I heal my cracked heels?

have you tryed coco butter that helps or soak them in salt and water for like 15 min. thats wat my mom does. OR you could get a ped egg? hope i helped :D -K-

My feet are that way, I use a ped egg. It’s the only thing that has worked to this point (although, I have bad cracks, so if i’m not careful the ped egg just exposes the cut too much and I can barely walk). The only other thing that I can think of is getting a pedicure and having the person use a machine on the bottom of your foot to scrub away the dry skin. After wards you need to maintain using vaseline or something similar and socks at night.

Derma oil helps a lot. My feet aren’t cracked but can get dry and almost to the point of cracking. I just put derma oil on my feet and legs and they stay healthy for days.

My mother and father both have cracked feet. However, not long ago a nail salon lady let my mom in on a secret. What you do is buy a large bottle of CUTICLE oil. It’s not very expensive. And buy some thick socks. Every night before you go to sleep, rub your feet down with a good amount of oil. Place socks over it. Take it off in the morning. The cuticle really helps since it is made to soften skin. And your feet look really pretty after a few days :D

Slather your heels w/ thick cream or vaseline @ night, and cover with socks :)
