Can wearing heels bruise your knees?

I got home from walking all day in some new heels yesterday and my knees are both bruised in the exact same place (just on the outside of my knee bit and slightly up). I didn’t hurt them in any way and all I can think of is that somehow walking in the heels has bruised them- is that even possible? The shoes aren’t any higher than usual, in fact they are a bit lower than my usual shoes. If this isn’t it, how else could the bruising have happened? Remember it’s in the exact same place on both knees…

i don’t think so. I’ve honestly never heard of that.

That is peculiar. If you truly don’t remember hitting them on anything then I’d go to a doctor just to be safe…
