Hi iloveian; I sure do, Always eat natural low fat, low sugar, low sodium, low calorie foods with small servings. Try and either cut out or cut down on fast food, fried foods and things like chips, cakes and cookies. Also if you drink soda, or preweetened drinks try switching to water or 100% fruit drinks. Make sure your getting the correct amount of dairy every day, 2-3 servings, of low fat milk, cheese and yogurt, a serving is like 1 c cottage cheese, yogurt or 1 1/2 oz. of hard or skim cheese. Eat whole grains instead of white flour products, like wheat breads, cereals, ricehealthy! and pasta, and again a sering size is 1 slice of bread, 1/2 c of rice, cereal or pasta. Veggies are great you need 3-5 serving a day fresh or steamed, or lightly boiled, 1/2 cup is a real serving. Fruits, you need 2-4 servings a day, and don’t forget nbeans, eggs, lean meat and fish you need to eat protein with each meal, a serving is like 1/2c beans, 1/3 cup nuts 3 oz of lean meat, turkey breast, fish skinless chicken andloin type meats. Fat and sweets use sparingly. Try cooking with olive or canola oils, bake or broil your meats. Smaller portions and healthier choices are the key to eating

If you really want to eat healthy, you should get on the Hallelujah diet. It is not really a diet, just a way of life. Go to http://www.hacres.com Canola oil is not safe to use. It is made from a rapeseed whihc is poisonious to your body. The best oil to use is first cold pressed ex virgin olive oil or flax seed oil, grapeseed oil or unrefined coconut oil.
