How do you lose 3 kgs fast by excersing and eating healthy?

I want to lose at least 3 kgs as fast as I can. how will I be able to do that? how many times do I need to excersise, and how much do I need to eat everyday? pls helpxx

Please exercise in the mornings in front of an open window and a little in the evenings. And eat just fresh fruit and salad vegetables, and if very hungry a little wholemeal “knackerbrod”, originally Swedish dry flat bread
