Healthy tips?

I am 18 years old 5’2 at about 125lbs… I want to lose about 20lbs…but I really dont know how… What should I eat?? Anyone got any healthy nutrition ideas on how I should eat to lose these pounds??

eat normally. best to stick with non junk food and natruals. dont eat NO fast food what so ever. and just walk and work up to a jog/run one hour everyday for 3 or more months. that will make you fit.

It’s not eazy to loose wheight just try to stay away from greasy foods and foods with lots of calories also you don’t have to not eat just don’t eat as much one more the you can have 1 big meal a day just dont foreget to take into mind what your eating

Your best bet is cardio excersize (running, swimming, ect.) that way you don’t have to cut anything you like to eat out of your diet. Besides, if you take things out of your diet to lose weight and then put them back, you will gain all that weight back.

u dont gotta lose weight really but I guess bein healthy wont hurt so: if you mix veggie and fruit juice it actually tastes good with more vitamins
