haha how do you get strong and get good at tackling?

basically tackling is all in the stance. feet shoulder width apart, squatting with your upper legs parallel to the ground- slightly leaning forward.

to actually tackle someone you would place your shoulder on their “belt buckle” wrap your arms around their waist, and drive into them with your legs.

staying low and balanced and driving with the legs are the key points.

to get your legs stronger you would need to go to the gym and do a lot of squats, squats with the free weights in the squat rack would be the best- really working your thigh and calf muscles.

You have to first become one with the ocean, does a dolphin stretch before he goes fishing? Then your wondering how to get strong. It’s a tricky subject because like the previous one dolphins don’t fish. So run in circles for a bit, then figure eights, bigger circles, bigger figure eights, and so forth for 2 hours. Keeping on top of your colors, is a big part of this. Watch for people, they’ll usually be walking down sidewalks on busier streets. They’re prime targets because they’re unaware, this is where you learn to wrap up. Out they’re at recess, no place for pussies, you have to be on top of your game, and civilians are where it starts.
